We have been lucky enough to secure a few handfuls of beautiful Galanthus elwesii. These were collected by renowned local plantsman Simon Rickard from his own home garden.

Due to plant quarantine restrictions THESE ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO TASMANIA.

Commonly known as “English Snowdrops”, these elegant white pendant like flowers originally hail from mountainous areas of Turkey and Iran. Flowering during winter makes them an excellent companion for Hellebores and other plants that thrive in deciduous shade. Although tolerant of well drained woodland conditions they are recommended for cooler climates.

Potted bulbs, 2 x bulbs per pot.

Although we do take great care when packing your order for postage. Galanthus is much more delicate than Helleborus and will be more susceptible to bruising/damage in transit. This cosmetic only, will be of no consequence to the bulb and warrants no concern.
