Description

This uncommon species is mostly evergreen with flowers emerging in Autumn continuing through Winter and Spring. Helleborus odorus grows wild in and around open woodlands in mountainous areas of southeastern Europe. From Romania to northern Italy and northern Greece including the Greek island of Corfu. Presenting a simple green open cup flower that is typical of Helleborus.

H.odorus is also know for it’s delicate fragrance.
