Post Office Farm Nursery attends a number of specialist Plant Fairs and Garden Expos. We very much enjoy meeting our customers at these events and they are a great opportunity to buy plants directly from us and other small specialist nurseries.

Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2026
Melbourne’s premier Flower and Garden event is spectacular! Not only appealing to locals in Melbourne and from across the state of Victoria. MIFGS attracts visitors from both interstate and overseas. Kicking off on Wednesday 25th of March and continuing through until Sunday March 29th. Located at the delightful Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens in the heart of Melbourne, just a pinch outside of the CBD. Easily accessible via public transport. Trading hours have been altered this year to include a couple of late nights and lazy mornings. Don’t forget your carry bags! Even better… bring a shopping cart! Collectors’ Plant Fair (Autumn) 2026, Sydney.
Join us in April 2026 for the amazing Collectors’ Plant Fair Autumn Sydney for it’s second year at new venue, Penrith Showground. After a long and joyful stint at the Hawkesbury Racing Club this fabulous event has moved. This weekend extravaganza encompasses the 18th and 19th of April. A wonderful collection of rare plants, specialist nurseries and plant/garden related artists. A great opportunity to speak directly with skilled growers and producers. See here for more details.
Woodend Community Farmers Market, Woodend.
Please note that we do not attend every market. We generally only attend during peak flowering season. This market has been recognised as one of the Best Farmers Markets in the world! This market is held on the first Saturday of the month, you can often catch us there on the August and September market days. Even if we are not there, this market is well worth a visit for delicious food and product available directly from the producer. As well as a selection of plants, direct from the production nursery. A fabulous Garden Fair for plant lovers, 3th and 4th of October. Set on the grounds of the stunning and historic Bolobek at Macedon, in Victoria. A scenic drive from Melbourne boasting a weekend filled with guest speakers, garden tours, and over 50 unique stallholders. See here for more details.
